My husband and I have gone to PC on the midnight bus, done the paper thing with the powers that be there and have returned back on the bus to arrive in Boquete just after dark .Cheap, fast exhausting but done..
There may be many other such as my husband and myself that would want to gift to Marion some financial support. I realize there have been opportunities in the past for this, but it might be a good idea to open yet another avenue for us to contribute. Are there any funds set up for her on-going? My husband and I send to her a huge hug with our best wishes. We want her to know she has not been forgotten and our thoughts and prayers drift her way often.

Keith, For users of 400 kWh or more which they say is 80% of the users. Wow. Our bill averages at about 270 kWh or so. That said we had a tag added to our bill that was labeled as " guarantee of payment...additional deposit" . Our usual $25 bill was over $60. We paid it. More subsidy I guess Keith.
Bonnie...did they explain it to you? Seems strange.
Yup....wind here has blown a few settlers right outta here and back home. Crazy wild wind. Every year we say...WOW..this has to be the worst wind ever. Then it stops. Then the silence...another WOW. Then the rain.

I had a long conversation with gentleman who is a veterinarian from Venezuela . He recommended this attorney who was handling all his affairs. His comment to me was the attorney was bright and honest.
