  1. I thought it came from Venezuela, which is just as bad. I don't know how the country is exporting anything, considering the conditions there.
  2. If anybody on CL went to this, please report. It sounded very ambitious. It probably won't be happening soon (no location yet, no buyer identified for the stuff), but an ongoing status report would be appreciated. As Bonnie asked, who is organizing this?
  3. I guess I will have to take my own salt shaker to restaurants. Can't they think of something more constructive to waste their time on?
  4. Thanks Keith. Oil changes are simple, that's why I asked for the cheapest. I'll check out Alonso Watson.
  5. Where is the cheapest place in Boquete to get these done? I am supplying the oil and filter. How do you tell if your tires are directional or nondirectional? It makes a difference on how they are rotated.
  6. Shouldn't you change the title of your blog? I don't think you are fostering Anouk by now. She's a permanent resident. It doesn't look like the cats will be able to get in. You have made them dependent on you. It's not right to just cut them off from their food. You could put a cat door in the mesh. Toads would not be smart enough to figure out how to use it.
  7. When they failed to do that, I wrote to them and told them of the huge charges due to volume, and they gave me a credit to make up the difference. Amazon is very good about that.
  8. Ripio does mean that. But here in Boquete they use the word for the stuff they put on roads to firm them up. It's fine dirt/sand from river banks. Just having fun with the Spanish.
  9. It seems to have different meanings. Here stucco is ripio. But then what is repallo? No wonder many of us have trouble learning Spanish. I know I have asked that my road be paved with cabbage.
  10. Can somebody tell me if the name of this waterfall, the one right on the road where all the tourists stop, is called San Ramon?
  11. Repallo? There's Repello, which means revulsion. Then there's Ripio, the stuff they use to firm up roads and use like stucco. Then Repollo, cabbage. What is Repallo, and what did you mean? Perhaps they will put on tile? I hope they don't cover the building with cabbage.
  12. Partial solar eclipse visible in Panama We will see a little piece of the sun disappear, if there isn't cloud cover. It begins at 1:15 p.m., max at 2:27 p.m. https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/in/panama/panama
  13. Email their support service. They are pretty good about responding.
  14. I watched it last night. Are you using it on your computer or on Kodi? Sometimes it develops problems on Kodi.
  15. Do you have an old router? I used to get half speed. But when I got a new router, it went to full speed.
