    There are always some, who despite being unarmed with facts or specifics, can never resist the urge to quickly denigrate other people's ideas. I personally don't see any harm in studying the proposal.

    A vote was held at the Public Meeting as to whether to proceed with feasibility, design, and environmental impact studies of the teleferico proposal. 9 opposed 10 abstained 96 in favour

    Well, he was declared Innocent of the charges being determined today. Who the heck didn’t know that wasn’t going to happen? However, I don’t think he’s completely out of the woods yet.

    Just my opinion ..this project, if approved, has a far greater chance of success than the $2+ million dollar, out of place lighthouse down the highway. An aerial tram to the summit of Baru is much less damaging to the environment than a paved highway, which has been another proposal. Since the world changes quickly, i try to keep an open mind to different ideas.
