Here is another good story. Last year I went into Franklin Jurado, which usually has good customer service, looking to get another can of paint. I bought the old can in with me and went to the paint counter. No one was behind the counter. There were a few employees nearby and I asked for assistance. Uno Momento one said. So I waited at the counter and a young man came over who spoke perfect English said that the gal that mixes the paint is at lunch and could I come back in an hour and a half? I said is there not another employee here that can mix the paint. No, he said. Only she can do it! Regarding Price Smart re-stocking system. It is rare that we can go there and get everything on our list. They are always out of something we buy on a regular basis. Especially Kirkland dog food, frozen blueberries, and greek non-fat yogurt.

We did a tour of Casco Viejo and our tour guide said this landmark wood building now houses senior citizens with no other place to live. Sad! The moving of the car by all those folks is something!

Followup: We had lunch their today. Still very good, great service, and a great value! The fresh shrimp spring rolls and Pho are still great! You do need to add spice as you like it. They were a bit on the quiet side. Totally worth return visits!

We also have a UPS that is good for 2 hours battery backup. We have internet modems, TV, Routers, Roku box, and security cameras and they have all stayed on for the stated 2 hours. One time when the power was out for 5 hours the UPS lasted 4 hours! Bought it at Price Smart 2 years ago. Worth every penny. The thing about the power going off and on for just a few minutes is concerning. We do have surge protectors for everything.
