This is a 2+ hour hike over a paved and gravel street with many moderate hills, level 8 for distance and difficulty, 7 miles, 14,500 steps, 2844 ft vertical. Bring water.     Wednesday December 20th (Panama Day of National Mourning) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Feria, drive to Palo Alto road and hike to/from Tree Trek. This is a 2 hour+ hike over a gravel street with a long slight hill then a steep final hill, level 5 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.1 miles, 9200 steps, 1720 ft vertical. This is a 2 hour hike over a rainforest trail with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and a hiking stick and wear hiking boots.
