Friday December 22nd (Panama Music Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from across from CEFATI, drive to and hike Los Pinos in Volcancito. This is a 2+ hour hike over a paved and gravel street with many moderate hills, level 8 for distance and difficulty, 7 miles, 14,500 steps, 2844 ft vertical. Bring water.
