    Friday February 26th we'll celebrate Panama Animal Sterilization Day and leave at 8:00 AM from across from BCP, drive to Palo Alto road and hike to/from Tree Trek. This is a 2 hour hike over mostly paved surfaces with a very long gradual hill followed by a long steep hill, level 5 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.1 miles, 7800 steps, 1360 vertical feet change.     Monday February 22nd we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to the Climbing Wall and hike to/from the Haunted Castle. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5.5 miles, 11,700 steps. Bring water. Show up or email rimerman1@gmail.com

    Friday February 19th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from San Francisco plaza, drive to and hike to/from the Palmira Dairy Farm. This is a 2 hour hike over a gravel road with gentle sall hills, level 6 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Show up or email rimerman@gmail.com.

    Wednesday February 17th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Finca Esmeralda hike. This is a hike on private property by special permission in Alto Quiel. The is an in/out hike ~2 hours with long steep hills, level 6 for distance, level 9 for difficulty (go as far as you can), 4 miles, 8400 steps. Bring water. Email rimerman1@gmail.com

This is an in/out 2 hour hike over a gravel road, level 7 for distance and difficulty with some great views. Bring water, wear thick-soled shoes/boots and bring a hiking stick if you have one.     Come hiking with us in and around Boquete. We hike Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 AM. Mondays are from Sabroson #1 restaurant in town, Wednesdays and Fridays vary depending upon the hike.
