Penny, That's a good question, one I doubt will ever be answered. The recourse IMO, is to get the word out on all the other sites about this experience and, all of us here on Chiriqui Life should be encouraging our friends, family, and Chiriqui business owners/managers to be active on this site. After all CL is for us, and the community so we all need to participate and help make it better. Once in a while I check in over there and besides Olga, ( who does post a lot of great information) they are still bashing, banning, and making the same old snide remarks that are off subject. Why any business would want to be involved with BN is beyond me. CL is a great site, smart, open and fair minded folks are running it. Is it as user friendly as BN? No, ( which is the biggest comment we get when we mention CL) but it's still new and the improvements will take time. BTW.... if it has not been said, your services are greatly appreciated!!! Keep them coming! Cheers to you!

Since you are already a patient with Dr Gomez, why not go with him? He can also give you referrals if you have specific needs for a specialists.

If you have insurance with MS Panama, formerly Hospital Chiriqui Ins. call and ask them....775-1068. You get a free exam once a year after your first 12 months... and teeth cleaning. We had blood/urine lab work, EKG, Chest xray, consultation, and doctor exam to sign up for our insurance. Total cost for the both of us was $180 back in July. In Boquete we use Dr Gomez... he speaks English and you just show up after 8 am, 6676-7132. He is at Dr Chen's clinic across from Melo.Another great doctor is Dr Liliana Boya she is on the list that the ADMIN posted above. The list above is very thorough and most doctors listed there are respected.

Dottie, Where did you buy the Epsom salts? Just a suggestion. Boil the salts and beer in a pan. Once dissolved add one more can of stale beer. Should not change the make up chemistry, I think.
