BREATH & FLOW YOGA
SATURDAY 9:30 AM
Breath and Flow is a mindful class for beginners and intermediate level. We are going to move slowly using the breath, awakening our consciousness of the body, using props (if necessary), so we can adjust the postures to our body, gaining strength and flexibility (recovering the range of motion step by step).

with Daniel Angelus Come experience SOUL DANCE, a freeform dance space wherein we join in a worldwide dance movement known as Ecstatic Dance!

Soul Dance accelerates optimal health by stimulating the healing process from within. It is the latest in musical healing and movement meditation that achieves long-lasting results for mind, body and spirit. Doctors and wellness practitioners worldwide have verified the effectiveness of this unique program for over 10 years.
Healing occurs naturally in each person as they listen and create individual movements to sounds and music from around the world. Additionally, there are breathing, visualization, and interactive music sessions to aid transformation and well-being.
• No dance experience needed
• Barefoot dance or w/socks
• Non-verbal space
• Safe from self or social criticism
• No perfumes/fragrances
Soul Dance will be facilitated by Daniel Angelus, who organized ecstatic dance troupes of over a hundred members in New Mexico USA. Daniel is now inspired to bring this enriching experience to the Boquete Community.

The party was planned and executed by a recently formed group of expats under the name of Amigos de Boquete Comunidad (ABC). Joe Hart and his wife, Linda, along with numerous volunteers put together this festive gathering. Our hats off to Joe, Linda, and all of their elves.

ARF Thanksgiving Meal

An unexpected plus for us was that we finally got to meet Beth Abrahams (it is kind of a long story, don't ask).

We also got to catch up with all of the latest travels and happenings of our friends who were at our table. Met a few new people, etc.
There simply was nothing that we could fault (not our goal anyway). This is the way things should be done, and ARF did it with all of their wonderful volunteers. If someone found fault with something yesterday, then I would chalk them off as being a token curmudgeon. Thank you ARF! GREAT JOB!!!!
Thank you to all who helped make yesterday's Thanksgiving Day celebration such a huge success, and special thanks to N&N:
