Saturday July 1st we'll start the month with a different hike. We'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Wilson Bridge, drive to Lucero and hike by the Lucero Lake. This is a 1 hour in/out hike over gravel streets with slight hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and wear hiking boots. If interested email rimerman1@gmail.com.

We're delighted to announce the return of Tai Chi classes at the Boquete Library Park. Yes, beginning this coming month, Tai Chi classes will be taught by Gilberto Barría and held at 9:00 a.m. every Saturday in July, at the Boquete Library Park. Participants must be age 18 and over, arrive at the Park promptly at 9:00 a.m., wear comfortable clothing suitable for a family environment, sneakers, a cap, sunscreen, and bring a bottle of water. Don't wait any longer. Plan for your healthy Saturday mornings in July.

BREATH & FLOW YOGA
SATURDAY 9:30 AM
Breath and Flow is a mindful class for beginners and intermediate level. We are going to move slowly using the breath, awakening our consciousness of the body, using props (if necessary), so we can adjust the postures to our body, gaining strength and flexibility (recovering the range of motion step by step).

Community Christmas Party Hosted by Amigos de Boquete Comunidad

The party was planned and executed by a recently formed group of expats under the name of Amigos de Boquete Comunidad (ABC). Joe Hart and his wife, Linda, along with numerous volunteers put together this festive gathering. Our hats off to Joe, Linda, and all of their elves.

ARF Thanksgiving Meal

An unexpected plus for us was that we finally got to meet Beth Abrahams (it is kind of a long story, don't ask).

We also got to catch up with all of the latest travels and happenings of our friends who were at our table. Met a few new people, etc.
There simply was nothing that we could fault (not our goal anyway). This is the way things should be done, and ARF did it with all of their wonderful volunteers. If someone found fault with something yesterday, then I would chalk them off as being a token curmudgeon. Thank you ARF! GREAT JOB!!!!
Thank you to all who helped make yesterday's Thanksgiving Day celebration such a huge success, and special thanks to N&N:
