Yes, this applies to Panama. The economy is doing very well. Have you examined the source of the donors for the Clinton Foundation's $1+ billion? TVN-2 has it as their headline. As stated, it's really about a Brazilian con-man with international connections who operated in Panama before fleeing. It wasn't just Trump Tower the guy was peddling to his questionable contacts, his real estate firm was the hottest brokerage in the City when the condo boom was in full swing.
