Keith Woolford
According to this report, a couple of decapitated guys were found near Paso Canoas yesterday. There have been at least ten homicides in or around the border town so far in 2017.
Marcelyn
IMO....decapitation is usually associated with drug/gang behavior. Horror, indeed.

Brundageba
Lots of that seems to be going on there. Border towns seem always to be rough. Be careful in that area. If a youngster can be dismembered I'm sure an oldster can be pick-pocketed. Always be on your guard at border crossings...and don't linger long there if you can help it. Keith Woolford
Turns out the two Panamanian victims were found on the Costa Rican side of the border near LaGloria. Santos Gónzalez, 43, and Belisario Pitti, 52, of Bugaba. These guys were no youngsters and they were severely tortured before being decapitated. Authorities believe their deaths may be connected to a couple of recent major drug intercepts on the Tico side. http://elsiglo.com.pa/cronica-roja/decapitados-suelo-tico-eran-panamenos/24015020
