The Mayor of Las Tablas says that as of yet no one has filed a denuncia in this ridiculous case of animal cruelty. TwoSailors Posted July 28, 2017 Share Posted July 28, 2017 (edited) The mayor of the district of Las Tablas Noé Herrera said that the corregidora is already investigating the incident by calling the people involved in the incident.
