NewsLady Posted November 12, 2020 Share Posted November 12, 2020 Sinaproc Issues Warning re Heavy Rains Due to Tropical Storm #46 and More About Eta's Devastation in Chiriqui The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) has issued a warning about the possibility of heavy rains in certain regions of Panama starting either late Friday (November 13th) or this coming weekend. The rains are expected to last several days and principally affect the eastern half of Panama.
