Of this group, eight were transferred to the base to “extend the verification” with the biometric machines. Uncle Doug Posted December 20, 2019 Share Posted December 20, 2019 There must be much more to the story than this. Americans with criminal records can travel to Panama. It is much harder to obtain legal residency in Panama with a criminal record. I think this may be more about overstaying a tourist visa than being a fugitive of some sort.
