I don't know what they're doing now but at the bottom of that ravine they dug they installed large water lines, say a good 3' to 5' in diameter in size before they covered them up. JohnF13 Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 It looks like they are leveling the area, taking the hill from the South side and filling in the swale. Why?
