Well, he was declared Innocent of the charges being determined today.
Who the heck didn’t know that wasn’t going to happen?
However, I don’t think he’s completely out of the woods yet.

Just my opinion ..this project, if approved, has a far greater chance of success than the $2+ million dollar, out of place lighthouse down the highway.
An aerial tram to the summit of Baru is much less damaging to the environment than a paved highway, which has been another proposal.
Since the world changes quickly, i try to keep an open mind to different ideas.

That is correct ..the Mayor met with the Police to express his priorities for enforcement which include illegal parking anywhere and speeding in Alto Boquete.

There are always some, who despite being unarmed with facts or specifics, can never resist the urge to quickly denigrate other people's ideas. I personally don't see any harm in studying the proposal.
