Palo Alto Jo
The COPA plane was no doubt delayed by the on-going chaos in Venezuela. But, the reason it became an "International" incident was probably not the stranding of people seeking medical treatments or business men. I'm betting it was the soccer/football game being cancelled. These people take their soccer seriously enough to withdraw ambassadors? Amazing.
