Service disruption

Incorrect information. Can't explain with certainty why you received that kind of notification because it was an unplanned, undesired actual outage. The outage was approximately 3.5 hours; software upgrades typically only take a few minutes. Patches typically take only a few seconds.

Possibly during the process of restoring our service, they stepped through various phases that could temporarily result in such a notification. Note that we have been through several "bug fix" upgrades during the past several days, so they were just restoring our software back to the same level that it was prior to the outage. We have also had one patch.
