Keith Woolford
Later reports list the condition of the explosion's victim, a 57 year old female, as being delicate, not deceased. http://static1.telemetro.com/nacionales/Suspenden-atencion-Policlinica-Calle-explosion_0_1056794691.html Edited August 24, 2017 by Keith Woolford
Bonnie
I was wondering if there were two victims because the one in the video clearly is a woman. You can tell by the shoe. The video shows no one coming to her aid, just running around shouting. No wonder she's in delicate condition.
