NewsLady Posted July 8, 2017 Share Posted July 8, 2017 A new group formed by our Alcalde, Junta de Festivos y Desarrollo Integral de Boquete, is sponsoring a fiesta in honor of Panama's Día de los Niños on Sunday, July 16th for all children in the Boquere area. The event will take place in Central Park from 10AM-3PM with lots of activities for the children--face painting, clowns, games, & refreshments. As you know many of these children are from very poor families.We would like to make it possible through public donations, for each child to receive a small toy of his or her own at the event. We will have a table at the Tuesday Market on July 11th to accept your donations of toys or cash. See you on Tuesday!
