Thirty full scholarships are being offered to study English at Centennial College in Toronto, the University of Central Oklahoma, and Marshall University. The application period is from the 10th to 17th of July. Interested students must have a grade point average of 4.0., visa and passport. The age to participate is 18 to 23 years. Of the successful applicants, 63% are females and only 37% are males. Eleven are from Chiriqui. Quote
