I am the owner of the award winning Isla Verde Spa, a remedial massage therapist and acupuncturist and have worked here in Boquete for 14 years. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to the Boquete community. I take full responsibility and have no-one to blame but myself. I do not know what you may have heard in the town of Boquete( I understand people talk a lot here) but I would like to make sure that everyone knows exactly what has happened and I want people to hear from me personally. For those of you who are unaware, the Isla Verde Spa has been operating for 5 years now and Dayra, Erika and myself do our utmost to give 100% each and every spa treatment. (We have nearly 200 5 star reviews on Tripadvisor and have a 5 star rating) We have also won the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence more and have just been shortlisted for the 2017 Luxury Travel Guide's 'best Spas and Wellness' award. All of this, but as I say, I blame myself. Please do not blame the girls-they had no idea. What can I say but, I dropped the ball. I have not sent out ANY spa promotions for months. I know...I was more focused on me- not you. There I said it!
