Who is doing this survey, and to what purpose? Also, I filled out the questionnaire, but concluded that the person who created it does not know how to prepare a proper survey. It sounds like they are either a novice or have an agenda for wording the survey in the manner in which done. I suspect novice is the proper conclusion.
