This posting contains both our inquiry and request of Mr. Montenegro, as well as his reply, which was received earlier today. Here is a copy of the email sent to Mr. Montenegro earlier today. We received a prompt response directly from Mr. Montenegro. Here is his reply. Our interpretation of this latest email is that all residents in Chiriqui Province are now being urged to register for the Covid-19 on the David Cabecera website (access information provided previously in this thread), if they wish to get the vaccination.
