The schedule can be a little confusing, so I developed a calendar focused on "open hours". No details were published, so I assume that "commercial establishment" includes any business, from retail store to beauty salon, to repair shop, to restaurant, grocery market, and pharmacy. Our plans and activities likely have been, unless our plans were to essentially ignore the day. But Christmas will come.
