Clarifications to the order to close Panama Down

The Ministry of Health has issued the following clarification/changes to their directive to close Panama. It basically says that they regret the confusion but only these establishments have to close:

bars, discotheques, cantinas, barbecues, party rooms, circuses, pool halls, theaters, movies, swimming pools, sports arenas, gymnasiums, children's playgrounds, casinos, convention centers (including those meeting halls in hotels), motorcycle tracks, and sports centers. The sanctions also apply to any establishment that has 50 or more people in it at one time.
