NewsLady
Here's the feel-good story of the week. BCP had a generator which needed work and the BCP council decided they didn't get enough use out of it to justify the expense of fixing it. What to do with it? Call all-around good guy, Phil McGuigan, who has his fingers into almost every charitable endeavor in Chiriqui. Phil picked up the broken generator, consulted with super repair guy, Dan Boville, ordered the needed parts, and recruited Paul Morgan and Jack Butte to do the rebuild (with some free advice from Dan). The generator will be installed in Rodny Moreno's (Rodny Direct) house to run all the electrical appliances (including Rodny's computer) during a power outage.Thank you BCP and Phil and his volunteers for finding such a good home for this equipment.
