The Handicap Foundation (FPI) is hosting its annual Reinado ("crowning of the queen") on November 17th. This is one of the major events for the handicapped kids and adults who attend FPI.

This year the theme is "Crisol de Paises" (roughly translated: "Melting Pot of the world").

We are looking to borrow attire that signifies any country other than Panama.

We could use hats such as: bowler hat, fez, Italian gondolier hat (boater), American Indian head dress, black berets, Chinese coolie hats, Tyrolean hat, Nehru cap,  etc. We are also looking for little boy or girl cowboy outfits, a Japanese parasol, a Russian man's shirt, a Kurta (India) etc. Basically, anything that anybody offers, that typifies either traditional dress or  cultural dress of a specific country, we would be able to use.

If we get any clothing on loan, I will personally make sure that is returned to the owner. If anyone wants to drop material for our festivities off at the Foundation, please ask them to address it to me and include their name and contact information. If there are questions from potential donors (or lenders??), I will be happy to answer those via email.
