These flavors are totally wild and we want to share them with you. I really like a few and a few I'm not sure about but I don't want to let my biased influence your taste buds. If you are going to be at the market swing by the booth and let me know your thoughts. Totally free with one condition. You have to give me honest feedback!!! Remember these are brand new salami creations so after it's all said and done you get to decide if the world is ready for such innovation or perhaps I need to go back to the drawing board. Here are the flavors: Kim Chi Salami Blue Cheese, Cranberry Walnut Salami Fig, walnut, orange salami Pistachio Cherry Salami Dates and blueberry salami Andouille Salami The Boquete Salami Black Roasted Garlic Salami Traditional Genoa!!!! So remember to swing by our new location at the end of the theater hallway at the BCP. Be the first to try these new flavors!! As far as this week goes we will be making Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Fried Steak (This is beef not chicken), Hot Italian Sausage, Cole Claw, Potato Salad, Andouille Sausage, Vegetable Medley, Bacon Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes, and Cecelia's Pizza (with an upgrade), and we will have a few Chicken Pot Pies for those of you who have been asking (not many though). In Cecelia's pizza we are using my very own artisan pepperoni. After a few test runs with the harshest food critics I know (my children) we have been given the green light to proceed. This pepperoni is subtle and flavorful. The cooking of the pizza really brings out the subtle fennel and anise with a hint of spice. It is a wonderful upgrade to an already delicious product... Check out the one called Bernzomatic WOW that torch is ridiculous... This past week we made cordon bleu and in the process got a chance to test out 2 meat tenderizers. These tools are wild...
