I knew him briefly when he gave me a special tour of all the Ruiz coffee facilities about 14 years ago when I first arrived. He was so engaging and generous with his time and information about the coffee business. Needless to say, as a newbie, I learned a lot, which eventually led to the beginning of my own coffee business in the states. RIP Sr. Don Plinio Ruiz. Quote
