Please sponser the family of Amando and his wife Catalina or Other families like

 

 

 

Amado and his wife Catalina live in a difficult-to-access two room wooden shack with their four children: Yovany age 11, Yony age 8, Diana age 5 and little Yaneth age 2.  They have no electricity or potable water, and cook over a wood fire. Amado (41) was a capable farm worker until intestinal disease struck; now he has grown thin, weak, and unable to support his family by his field labor. He is determined to be well enough to work again in the future. When a Buenos Vecinos volunteer visited for an initial interview, the family's sole meal was chayote boiling in water.

 

Perhaps in this season of abundance and celebration, you might consider Amado's family, and join those who help support the work of Buenos Vecinos de Boquete.
