The requirements of the EU for bringing cats from Panama are very difficult to impossible to meet, so we reluctantly must find homes for Penny and her two daughters and one son. Penny, the mom, is 1.5 years old. Her kids are under 1 year. All are sterilized and vaccinated. They are indoor/outdoor cats, going in and out whenever they want.
