Tai Chi

A reminder that with 32 years of practice with 7 masters, my free Tai Chi class still meets at noon on Saturdays at the gazebo in Central Park in Boquete

The Chinese have been systematically studying the body/mind/spirit for 5,000 years and we now have Harvard Ubiversity recommending Tai Chi as the best form of self cultivation and aging reversal.  Of course it does little for you unless you practice at home regularly
