Keith Woolford Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 (edited) Yesterday the beach at Las Lajas was inundated with motorized '4-Wheelers' or 'Quads' racing up and down at excessive speeds. Bathers were complaining to no effect. One guy finally lost control and crashed into another head on, leaving both parties injured. Sheesh!
