NewsLady Posted October 24, 2017 Share Posted October 24, 2017 I am back from Thailand and, unless someone else volunteers, will be facilitating this week's Wednesday afternoon drum circle. Place is the back terrace at Big Daddy's. Time is every Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. The circle is open to all skill levels and is a great way to share community spirit. Bring a drum or some sort of rhythm noise maker. P. S. It's also fine just to come and listen. You get many of the health benefits simply by letting the rhythm infuse your mind and body.
