Post Views: 306 He is a 27-year-old corporal with eight years service. the latest in a string of arrests implicating officers as high ranking as major, all pledged “to serve and protect.” He was captured on the Pan-American highway en route to La Chorrera, West Panama. National Police, Director Omar Pinzón, revealed that intelligence information about a member of the PN who, in his free time, participated in the movement of drugs led to the interception. Members of the Anti-Narcotics Police Unit (UPNA )were deployed to capture the suspect who worked at the National Traffic Operations Directorate (DNOT). The agent was traveling in a grey Kia Rio vehicle, carrying total 49 packages of illicit substances.
