  • We begin each session with with a gentle warm up from my Stretching for EveryBODY series. 
  • Then you'll be shown how to correctly and easily perform these 5 Exercises called the Five Rites from the world famous book Ancient Secret of The Fountain of Youth by Peter Kelder.  By spending only 10-15 minutes a day doing these 5 exercises you’ll feel and experience the following...

Suggested donation is $50 which covers all 3 sections, all personal instruction and handouts.

The clinic is limited to 8 people so everyone gets personal attention.

All that is required of you is 15 minutes a day.


2nd Note

Owning the book Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth or watching someone on YouTube will not make you successful with these exercises.  Through my 

+ years of practicing and teaching the Five Rites, I am able to show you the overlooked keys to seamlessly integrating this routine into your daily life. You'll know the shortcuts to improving your posture, strength, flexibility, balance and increase energy and physical stamina.
