Sherrie
I need some curtains hemmed. Please refer me to any seamstress you've used and liked!
TwoSailors
The tailor across the corner from Pharmacia Revilla does great work and fast turn around. Same side of the street as the church.
Bud
There actually are two seamstresses (both male, by the way; sastres is the Spanish word for "tailor"), right next door to each other. They both do good work, at good rates, and quick turn around.
Bonnie
I believe "sastre" is the masculine singular, Bud; "sastres" is plural. A seamstress if a "sastra." I believe their sign says something different, though, but I can't remember what.

"Modista" is close, though, meaning a designer or dressmaker, according to my research. I assume it denotes something fancier, more fashionable than a sastre or sastra.
