Keith Woolford
Traffic Circles or Rotondas are fairly new to Panama. Governments build them instead of expensive overpasses and one may be coming here on the west side of Pricesmart. Contrary to popular belief, it is the driver on the inside of the circle who has the right of way. Folks who think they should be spinning around the outside are looking to get creamed. https://twitter.com/ATTTPanama/status/893071587834044418
Bonnie
What could go wrong here? This provides limitless opportunities for confusion. Remember when the Boquete-David highway was new, and people were driving on the wrong side?
