#1 - Back Care Basics — Using A Folding Chair

 

Back Care Basics Series  —  Your First Step To Regain Back Strength & Mobility

Learn simple and practical ways to feel better!  Using a folding chair, experience gentle and effective techniques that you may do at home! Each student will receive a complete printed home practice. No prior experience necessary.

When: Wed July 12,   10:30am - 11:45am  at  The Haven

#2 - Healthy Knees For Life Long Movement

 

Healthy Knees Series

Join us to feel a connection to effective exercises, actions, and ideas that promote healthy knees. From mobility to stability, we'll explore movements that increase communication across your foot, knee, and hip complex forging a healthy relationship.

 

When and Where?

Wed July 19,   10:30am - 11:45am  at  The Haven

How Much?

For each workshop the suggested donation is $20 which covers one workshop and handouts.  

$35 for both workshops if purchased together.

About Instructor Michael Cooper

 

Teaching since 2002, Michael offers a unique appreciation for an individual's life stage. Always willing to meet people where they are in the present moment, his specialty remains the therapeutic benefits of movement.

 

With a strong referral network from the medical and wellness community, Michael regularly works privately with individuals developing new neuromuscular pathways leading to positive change in the body.

 

Known for his creative movement sequencing that connects understanding to movement, students leave sessions and classes feeling better, restored, and alive. 

 

 

Michael’s sessions are designed to give every individual a system that is sustainable in their lives, and to bring about lasting positive changes in the body.
