NewsLady Posted November 26, 2015 Share Posted November 26, 2015 Local artist Germaine Sturtz has resided in Alto Boquete and been a member of Buenos Vecinos de Boquete for the last eight years. In an effort to raise money for this worthy cause she has turned her talents to the design and creation of mirrors framed with seashells. In addition Germaine has created jeweled tableaus designed to stimulate the observers imagination. Both mirrors and jeweled tableaus can be purchased at Casa Decora in Alto Boquete.
