New Penitentiary in Chiriqui in service soon

The new Chiriqui Penitentiary will be going into service soon. Looks like a much nicer place than most inmates would have ever lived in.

"With a cost of B/. 24,287,264.12, it is located in Llanos de Hicaco, Corregimiento de Chiriquí, Distrito de David, and will house 950 male prisoners"

Not sure exactly where that is but I suspect somewhere down in the flood plain south or east of David
