NewsLady Posted April 24, 2017 Share Posted April 24, 2017 Research shows that interval training—workouts in which you alternate periods of high-intensity exercise with low-intensity recovery periods—increases fitness and burns more calories over a short period of time than steady-state cardio (you know: just doing the same thing for your whole workout time). Join us for Fun Interval Training at Skateworld on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30am-9:30am for only $2 per class! Bring mat for floor exercises.
