Gail Anstey Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Has anyone crossed the border at Paso Canos lately? I am planning on going there on November 26th. I want to make sure that I have everything in order. Anyone going around that time? Quote

Pantah Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Major recent problems at Paso Canoas recently: http://panamaprattle.blogspot.com/2015/11/chaos-for-cubans-in-canoas.html Also contrary to Chica's posting you do not need a ticket to your country of origin, you need ticket of onward passage. For some reason this is still uncorrected on her The Real Boquete Facebook page. Quote

For some reason this is still uncorrected on her The Real Boquete Facebook page. We were told my immigration that it is to be a ticket to your country of origin. It must depend on who you talk to. The other possibility may be what your country of origin is. Edited November 18, 2015 by JoJo Quote
Hil Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Click on this link. Then scroll down to entry, exit, and visa requirments. Onward travel by land, air or sea are the requirements for entry. Return ticket is considered onward travel. http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/country/panama.html I used a bus ticket to Costa Rica one time for entry (as onward travel) because I was going there on vacation----worked great.
