The traffic operation started at the Bridge of the Americas, with the flow scheduled to be in one direction until at least 7 p.m. If necessary, the measure could be extended. Penny Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 It seems many of the folks leaving Panama City are doing so to avoid Carnival and Boquete is their destination. No Carnival here and it's easy to ignore the semblence of Carnival down the road in Dolega. No rooms to rent in Boquete and the restaurants are busy.
