Hello everybody!  We hope you have all had a fantastic start to the new year and that 2017 brings only wonderful things your way!  We have been very busy with the start of the high season, both our Christmas and New Year's Eve special dinners where a huge success and we are very thankful for all of those who came and celebrated these special days with us.  This first year in business for us has been all about exploring, learning, trial and error and mostly creating a strong identity and a unique place to eat in Boquete. It is very challenging and rewarding at the same time and we have come a very long way and want to take a minute to thank all of those who have been part of this adventure in one way or another! We are excited to announce that we are finally ready to expand our operation hours for the high season. Starting tomorrow, January 13th, we will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm for lunch and dinner as well as for tapas and drinks in the afternoon and we will continue to be closed on Monday, at least for the time being.  Our direction and identity is definitely centered in offering daily and weekly specials. We believe in having a reduced set menu and playing around with fresh produce and ingredients we find, and we are so happy with the results! Some of the specials we have had lately include: baby back ribs with a red wine sauce and now an asian style sweet and spicy sauce, completely made from scratch and cooked slowly in the wood oven, pork chops with a creamy mustards sauce that is to die for, lobster linguine and lobster risotto prepared by Daniele which has been wildly successful, lamb t-bones, ossobuco, bruschetas, mexican wedding cookies (these are highly addictive!), traditional not to sweet cheesecake and the list goes on and on! We are also working on more vegan and vegetarian options and specials for our growing crowd of followers.  So please come in and check out our daily specials and the improvements we have made to our base menu for lunch and dinner, we are sure you will be very happy!  Have you rated us on TripAdvisor yet?
