NewsLady Posted January 5, 2017 Share Posted January 5, 2017 On saturday, January 7 from noon to 1:30 in the gazebo in Boquete's Central Park,I will be starting my free Tai Chi class. My Shaolin temple Praying Mantis Tai Chi style is an exceptionally beautiful example of Tai Chi as an internal martial art. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 31 years, 20 under Grand Master Ho Yen Lee. I have studied with 6 masters and 4 teachers. I taught Ttai Chi for 10 years in Canada before moving to Panama.
