I've noticed how the youngsters congregate around the library for Internet, and now they have another place to go--and very centrally located, too.. TV Chiriqui is an offshoot of Amigos de Boquete. Philip McGuigan, the driving force and fundraiser, does all this out of love and shuns any attention. But the work he has done here, in David, and in Bocas is extraordinary.
