NewsLady Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 Please Help Find “Frannie.” Frannie, an elderly medium-sized brown dog, has gone missing from upper Jaramillo Abajo in the area of Lemon Grove Estates. She looks something like this picture but has startling blue eyes. Frannie is sick and needs medication. She wandered away from her home on Monday. A REWARD IS OFFERED.
